Welcome to JobMail AI! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Chrome Extension.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the JobMail AI extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.

2. Service Description

JobMail AI provides users with AI-generated email drafts for job applications based on job descriptions and user-provided resume text. We offer a free tier with usage limits and a paid premium tier with higher limits.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the resume information you provide.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before sending it. JobMail AI is a tool to assist, not replace, your judgment.
• You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account (if applicable) and payment information.

4. Usage Limits

The free tier allows 10 email generations per day. The premium tier allows 40 emails per day. We reserve the right to modify these limits. Excessive use potentially flagged as spam by email providers is discouraged.

5. Payments and Subscription

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay or PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled (Functionality to be confirmed/added).

6. Intellectual Property

The JobMail AI extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cogniq AI and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of the generated emails in securing job interviews or offers. We are not responsible for the outcomes of your job applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cogniq AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes.
