Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Currently, JobMail AI does not support user-initiated cancellation directly within the extension. To cancel your recurring subscription, please manage it through the payment provider you used:
Once cancelled, your premium access will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
Due to the nature of the digital service provided, **we generally do not offer refunds** for monthly subscription payments once a billing cycle has begun or payment has been processed.
If you experience technical issues preventing you from using the premium service, please contact our support team at digistore.services@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, and we will investigate the issue. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis solely at our discretion, typically only if the service was unusable due to a verifiable fault on our end.
We do not provide refunds for dissatisfaction with AI-generated content, forgetting to cancel a subscription, or unused portions of a subscription period.
